1. Click on the Services banner at the top of the Dashboard.
3. Click on the Manage Product button next to the Hosting service you want to upgrade.
4. Select Upgrade/Downgrade on the Actions menu.
5. Select the package you want to upgrade to.
6. Press the Submit button.
Once you have submitted the form, an invoice will be generated. You will only need to pay the difference between your current service and new service.
Downgrading a Hosting service is not presently available to users but can be requested by opening a Support Ticket.
In the case that the package you would like to upgrade to is not available in the package selector dropdown, please submit a Support Ticket with your upgrade request.
